Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both my time and other clients who may be waiting for an opening, please review the following policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations may also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Show Policy If you do not show up to your appointment without any notice, this will be considered a no-show. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to book. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. • Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, depending on the schedule. • If I am unable to accommodate your service due to late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation. Deposits If a deposit is required to book: • Deposits are non-refundable • Deposits may be transferred one time if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice Emergencies I understand that emergencies happen.
